The Recipe for a Brighter Day

October Q&A

October 20, 2011  |   Answers,Video   |     |   2 Comments

Kate and Rosemary are on the sofa again. We got some good questions again this month! Keep sending them in….

In the first half we answer questions cracked & sore lips, cleaning without chemicals, avoiding antibiotics, and heating cacao butter.

The second video covers green soups, raw basics, food for children, and replacements for chips!

The rest of this content is only available to members of Kates Magic Bubble. But don't worry, you can access it really easily. See the options below, membership starts from just £5.

£5 a week

(around €6 or $8). This is a one-off membership, to allow you a peek into the bubble, or for if you are interested in gaining access to a particular piece of content. No recurring payment will be set up. No shopping discounts are available to members with this option, and although you may ask Kate a question, she is unlikely to post the reply within a week.

£7.50 a month

(around €9 or $12). This is our most common membership. When you make your first payment, an automatic system is set up to charge £7.50 to your account on the same date of every month. You may cancel at any time. With this option, members get discounts on their shopping at Raw Living and the Raw Food World, and can put their questions to Kate for her to post the answers.

£80 annually

(around €94 or $128). This option saves you 20% on the cost of a monthly recurring subscription. Members get discounts on their shopping at Raw Living and the Raw Food World, and can put their questions to Kate for her to post the answers.

Use vinegar 12% to spray the shower. Let sit for about 10 min and then use a dishbrush to get the dirt off. Wash with water and it is really clean!

Thanks Maria :) Is it white wine vinegar you use, & do you mix it to a 12% solution yourself? (Surely there are more important things for me to worry about but I seem to be going through a phase of sweating the small stuff!)
