The Recipe for a Brighter Day

Interview with Annie Jubb

December 22, 2011  |   Audio,Interviews   |     |   2 Comments

It was a great honour to interview Annie Jubb. She has been raw over 20 years, and was one of the first raw fooders I heard of, back in the 90s. The place she ran in NYC with her husband David was legendary. Annie has an immense amount of knowledge on healing the body, particularly detoxification and healing from degenerative diseases. Not only that, her food is amazing! Along with Solla, I think her food is the best I have ever enjoyed, because it is so light and digestible at the same time as being completely delicious.
