Interview with Sean Gardner of Immortality Alchemy
This is a really interesting interview with Californian raw foodist Sean Gardner. Sean has been into raw foods for nearly ten years, and has worked closely with David Wolfe. He talks about how he got into raw foods and how his interest grew. He then tells us about his experiences as a father: his partner Gabrielle gave birth to twins very recently, and Sean has some fascinating insights to share on the raw diet during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
