Hot Tub Soup

It’s snowing as I type. Is cold food appetizing? No. Does the thought of a salad fill me with excitement? No. How about a bowl of warm soup? Mmmmm. 118 degrees is still considered raw, and as my friend Alex pointed out, a hot tub is 104 degrees and that’s pretty warm. So here we go, hot tub soup, my favourite dinner this week.

Have to try this one – doesn’t the Vitamix heat it up too if you keep blending?
-
yea but the Thermomix is a lot more efficient, it actually has a heating mechanism, the Vitamix heats by friction, I’m not convinced of the wisdom of that.
